The Sooner, The Better: If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. To give our farms enough time to process your request, ideally let us know at least seven days before your delivery date.
After Hours? If it's outside our normal business hours, please send us an email too!
Important Note: Once your flowers are shipped, we can't make changes or cancel the order.
How to Cancel:
Online Form: The easiest way to cancel is by using our cancellation form, calling us or using the chat.
No form access? If you can't use the form, email info@bukets.com with the subject "CANCEL" and include your order number and phone number. We'll call you to confirm.
About Refund Fees
If a refund is necessary, please note there's a 20% fee to cover our credit card processing costs and the time involved.
We'll process your refund within 48 hours using your original payment method.

Uncover the full beauty of your roses! Most of roses bunches, including yours, contain 25 gorgeous roses arranged in two layers. To see them all, gently separate the top layer of 12 roses to reveal the 13 roses nestled below.

Your flowers arrive incredibly fresh because they come straight from our farms to your door in 7 days via UPS! This speed sets us apart – we cut out the middlemen, so you get the freshest blooms without unnecessary delays or inflated prices.
For monthly subscriptions, your future shipments will arrive each month according to the delivery date of your first shipment.

❗ What is your cancellation policy?
Refunds for Cancellations Policy
Both you and Bukets.com have the right to cancel a flower order for any reason. Here's how it works:
Timing Matters: Please give us at least 10 days' notice before your scheduled delivery date if you need to cancel. This helps us manage our inventory and avoid unnecessary costs.
Last-Minute Changes: If you must cancel with less than 7 days' notice, we'll do our best to accommodate you, but we can't guarantee we'll be able to process a cancellation.
How to Cancel: Please provide your name, order number, address, and the last four digits of your credit card (if applicable).
Important Note About Refunds
To cover our administrative costs, a 20% fee will apply to all cancellations resulting in a refund.
We'll process your refund within 48 hours of confirming your cancellation, and the funds will go back to the original credit card or PayPal account.
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the cancellation process as easy as possible for you!

Getting It Resolved
After reviewing your case, we may offer a full refund or a refund for the value of the damaged items.
In some cases, Bukets.com might propose sending a replacement or offering you a special discount. The choice is yours!
Please include photos or a video of your entire flower order when you submit your concern.
To ensure a timely resolution, please report any issues on the same day your flowers arrive.
About Substitutions
Occasionally, we may need to substitute flowers due to availability or quality concerns. Rest assured, we'll only do this when absolutely necessary.
Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value than your original choice, and we'll adjust the price accordingly.
Important Notes
Bukets.com cannot issue refunds exceeding the original purchase price.
Proper flower care is your responsibility once they're delivered.
As natural products, fresh flowers may have slight variations in color and size. Our website photos are as accurate as possible, but minor differences don't qualify as a reason for a claim.
