When you subscribe, we make sure your deliveries are as seamless as possible. After your first delivery, subsequent bouquets will be sent exactly one week, two weeks, or one month later, depending on the frequency you choose. If your delivery falls on a weekend, no worries—we'll deliver it on the next business day to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and vibrant.

For peak bloom beauty at your event, we recommend delivery 7 days prior. This ensures your flowers have time to fully open and hydrate after their journey. Please note that Friday deliveries may be subject to unexpected delays and aren't ideal for weekend events.

Your freshly harvested blooms are hand-selected and carefully packaged by skilled artisans at world-renowned farms. Here's what to expect with these unique flowers.

Upon arrival, your flowers may appear slightly closed, as they were recently picked to ensure maximum freshness. This is perfectly normal! To unveil their full beauty, simply follow the flower care tips on our website or the included instructions. Within hours, you'll witness the captivating transformation as your blooms unfurl and reveal their vibrant colors.

Please note that due to their natural origins and variations in screen resolutions, the exact color tones of your flowers may vary slightly from those pictured online. In rare instances, unforeseen circumstances (like weather or crop availability) may require us to make a substitution. We'll always try to reach out, but if time doesn't allow, we'll ensure any replacement is of equal or greater value and similar color scheme.
