Upon arrival, your flowers may appear slightly closed, as they were recently picked to ensure maximum freshness. This is perfectly normal! To unveil their full beauty, simply follow the flower care tips on our website or the included instructions. Please note that due to their natural origins and variations in screen resolutions, the exact color tones of your flowers may vary slightly from those pictured online. In rare instances, unforeseen circumstances (like weather or crop availability) may require us to make a substitution. We'll always try to reach out, but if time doesn't allow, we'll ensure any replacement is of equal or greater value and similar color scheme.
